+++SHIPPING IN TIMES OF COVID-19+++
At the moment, we are able to ship goods to countries within the EU, the United States and Canada, Australia and New Zealand, most of Asia and some parts of South America. Shipping times currently are around 10-14 days. Except packages to the US, Australia and New Zealand, which can only be shipped to via seamail and usually take 20-30 days to arrive, sometimes longer. When in doubt, please ask before placing orders.
All purchases that we can ship, we will send off about once a week. All orders that we can't ship, we will hold until things clear up and then send them out right away. All physical items you see on our bandcamp page are in stock, so your order will be yours as soon as possible.
Please make sure to check the status of your shipment with the tracking code provided in the shipping notification you receive from bandcamp once your order is on its way. It should work via the website of your local post a couple of days after your order was shipped.
We hope you understand that if an order is sent back to us because it was not claimed at your local post, we sadly need to charge you for a second shipping - or can only refund the price you paid for the items but not the shipping costs.
- Return Policy
If you are not happy with your ordered item, you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be payed in full by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to your address you provided.
If a cassette or vinyl LP is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund your payment, depending on if the item is still in stock. If a cassette box or LP sleeve is damaged, we can either refund the (rather minimal) costs of these or try to pack a replacement together with a future order, depending on the physical size of said order.
When a shipped item is missing, we will initiate a search request via Deutsche Post, as all items are sent with tracking. Should it be lost, we will send you a replacement item or refund your payment, depending on if them item is still in stock.
